- Lazarski University based in Warsaw, 02-662 Warsaw, Świeradowska 43, is the controller of your personal data (hereinafter referred to as the University).
- Your personal data shall be processed for the purpose of:
- conducting the Summer School programme by the University, in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (b) GDPR; - fulfilling legal obligations imposed on the controller as a result of the provisions of tax law until the limitation of tax liabilities, in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (c) GDPR; - carrying out CCTV monitoring, in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (f) GDPR; in the reasonable interest, which is to ensure security and property protection; - organising events, conferences, contests, promotional activities and surveys, in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (f) GDPR; in the reasonable interest, which is to promote the University’s own services and activity; - booking accommodation in Hotel Wilanów, in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (f) GDPR, in the reasonable interest, which is to take care of the positive image of the University and organise educational services in a professional and comprehensive way.

- Your personal data can be processed for the purpose of:
- carrying out promotional and advertising campaigns, and other commercial activities connected with the controller’s educational services, including in the form of mailing, telephone information and short messages, in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (f) GDPR; - establishing, claiming or protecting against claims, in accordance with Article 6 par. 1 (f) GDPR.
- You shall have the right to demand that the controller give you access to your personal data, the right to rectification within the scope of the regulations in force, the right to erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing at any time. Your consent can be withdrawn at any time; however, your data shall be processed until the end of the taxation year and with no effect on the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal of the consent.
- You shall have the right to complain to a supervisory authority competent to deal with data processing (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
- Your personal data shall be retained by the Controller for a period necessary to perform the tasks referred to in par. 2 herein or, in case you give consent to it, until the withdrawal of the consent.

- Your personal data may be transferred to public authorities and state bodies or other entities authorised to have access to personal data based on the provisions of law. Your personal data may be transferred to entities that administer telecommunications systems of the Controller and providing telecommunications tools or providing postal, cloud, hosting and document shredding services. Hotel Wilanów shall be given access to your personal data.
- You shall have the right to raise objections to the processing of your personal data at any time based on Article 6 par. 1 (f) GDPR.
- The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, necessary in order to perform the tasks referred to in par. 2 herein. Failure to provide them may result in inability to perform the Summer School programme by the University.
Your personal data shall not be transferred to a third country/international organisation unless the Controller's legal obligations require that.
